General Provisions

Areas in which service is to be provided:
All designated areas at each location

Employees:
Capitol Corporate Cleaning shall employ only qualified personnel who are skilled in the performance of their duties and will screen all employees to determine character, qualifications and past employment history. Each employee shall be provided with proper identification and shall be neatly attired in a manner that will reflect credit both upon Capitol Corporate Cleaning and our customers.

Work Hours:
The schedule of work hours shall conform to the requirements of the customer. Capitol Corporate Cleaning's hours shall in no way interfere with the customer's normal routine.

Work Week:
The work week for providing services shall be (5) five days per week.

Safety Precautions:
Capitol Corporate Cleaning shall be responsible for instructing their employees in appropriate safety measures and OSHA requirements and shall not permit them to place equipment in traffic lanes or other locations in such a manner as to create safety hazards.

Inspection:
All work, equipment and supplies furnished in performance of these duties shall be subject to the inspection of the customer or the duly authorized representative at any time.

Use of Building:
Space shall be made available to Capitol Corporate Cleaning for the purpose of storing materials and equipment necessary in the performance of the services.

Contractor's Representative:
Capitol Corporate Cleaning may designate a responsible supervisor to check the quality of workmanship at all times. The cleaning specifications for your facility will be strictly followed and any deficiencies will be promptly corrected.

Insurance:
Capitol Corporate Cleaning presently has the following insurance coverage:
Property Damage Liability - $1,000,000.00
Bodily Injury Liability _- $1,000,000.00
Blanket Fidelity Bond. - $25,000.00

Payment:
Payment shall be within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. A late charge of 1.5% per month shall be paid by the owner or owner representative on any past due payment. A 1% discount may be taken if the payment is received by Capitol Corporate Cleaning within ten days of the invoice date.
