company between five and fifteen years. Our employees are paid
well above the minimum wage, which means less turnover and
highly trained personnel that are motivated to provide
excellent service. All new employees are referred by current
workers. They are given drug and background tests and
prescreened with ASI services. These measures allow us to
provide you with the best quality workers.
Our Quality Control manager will perform a weekly day-light
inspection. The grades of these inspections
will be averaged to determine bonuses for the crews. This
incentive, along with proper training, helps us give you the
best workers. All our crew members will have Capitol shirts
and ID badges for security and identification purposes.
